Order Processing
Each Fram’d Moments product is custom-made just for you.
Because every order is personalized, please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment unless otherwise stated.
During holidays, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. Updated timelines will be noted on our website.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Custom Product Policy / Final Sale
Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Please carefully review all uploaded photos, text, names, dates, and customization details before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our production error
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
order@framdmoments.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of packaging (if shipping damage occurred)
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will gladly offer:

Store credit
at our discretion.
Photo Quality Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded images meet our quality guidelines.
Please note:
- Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated
- Dark or poorly lit photos may affect final print appearance
- Cropping may occur depending on product dimensions
Fram’d Moments is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from poor-quality customer-uploaded images. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing differences.
We strongly recommend reviewing your image carefully before purchase.
Customization Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Names
- Dates
- Spelling
- Messages
- Uploaded files
Fram’d Moments is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Shipping Policy
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Fram’d Moments is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Holiday congestion
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Fram’d Moments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please:
- Check around your delivery location
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Reach out to us if assistance is needed
Order Changes / Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order.
