How does ordering work?

Ordering is simple!

  2. Upload your favorite photo(s)
  3. Add any personalization details (if applicable)
  4. Complete checkout
  5. We create your custom keepsake and ship it straight to you

What kind of photos work best?

For the best print quality, we recommend:
✔ Clear, high-resolution photos
✔ Bright, well-lit images
✔ Sharp focus
✔ Photos that are not heavily cropped or blurry

Please note that low-quality images may affect the final print result.


Will my photo be edited?

Basic adjustments such as cropping and sizing may be made to ensure the best fit for your selected product.

We do not perform photo retouching.


Can I see a proof before production?

Proofs are done through your photo upload and editing screen.

Please review your uploaded image carefully before placing your order.


How long does processing take?

Because every item is custom-made, production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipment.

During holidays, launches, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping speed depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Do you accept returns?

Because all Fram’d Moments products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us at order@framdmoments.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Because custom production begins quickly, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you need help, contact us immediately after ordering.


My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.

Please:

  1. Check around your delivery location
  2. Ask household members or neighbors
  3. Contact the shipping carrier

If you still need help, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.


Are magnets safe around children?

Our products contain magnets and may pose a choking hazard.

Please keep magnets away from small children and pets.
